PL-ATMA® for PWB E-Connector Gold Plating serves two purposes, it increases the thickness of the surface pads and conductors as well as providing a robust connection to withstand repeated abrasion. The design of insoluble Platinized titanium anode ensures the uniformity of current distribution and control the effective additive consumption.

Using specially designed Platinum coated Titanium anodes ensures that the gold fingers align exactly with the edge-connector profile also the edges of the connector exactly aligns to the printed image.

We specially design and supply Platinized Titanium anodes for this critical Hard Gold Plating for Edge Connector application. By electroplating the platinum metal on titanium, a composite metallic coating is produced on the substrate which consists of titanium metal, platinum, oxides of titanium and metallic compounds of titanium and platinum. These anodes can be designed and formed with various geometries based upon the parts to be electroplated and are highly preferred anodes for electrodeposition of gold.
